The car was garage kept by the previous owner and it shows, the color is called " black micah pearl " and it looks excellent with a very deep glossy shine and the undercarriage is clean with no corrosion. The interior is nice with no unusual wear on the front or rear seats, carpet is clean and there are no odors in the vehicle ( non smoker ). I drove the car and put around 100 miles on it and mechanically it's in excellent shape. It starts right up and idles smooth, accelerates without any hesitation and the transmission shifts smooth through all gears with no issues. At highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ) the car drives down the road straight with no unusual noises or vibrations and it drives great around town as well. It's just a well kept car and i wouldn't hesitate to drive it florida and back. Within the last 10 miles we had it fully inspected and serviced by a ase certified repair facility. The mechanic put the vehicle up on the lift and inspected the bottom of engine and transmission. He also checked the oil level and condition of the transmission and it was full and clean. He replace the engine oil & filter, it has 4 new tires, everything else was up to date and the vehicle comes with a $0 deductible nation-wide warranty at no additional cost. Scion is built by toyota, they share the same engine, transmission and almost everything else as their other toyota models. The 2. 4l 4-cylinder engine in the scion is the same one used in the toyota camry and toyota corolla, they are known to last well over 200,000 miles, this one has a lot of life left with only 70,000 original miles. The car has some nice options and here are a few: pioneer factory premium sound system, power sunroof, key-less entry, premium alloy wheels, traction control, all power options, cruise control, side air bags and more.
